How does it work?
First, we begin with demand letters that inform your debtor of their obligation to pay and the consequences of non-payment. These letters are designed to prompt immediate payment from your debtor. If your debtor chooses to ignore our demand letters, your dedicated account manager will follow up with telephone and SMS demands, urging them to settle the debt in full. As a final step, we will recommend legal action and may serve a Court Summons to initiate the legal process.
Our commission is charged only on the principal debt and is applied solely to funds that are successfully recovered. If we are unable to collect your debt, you will not be charged any commission.
